Flexibility is key here! Embrace variety within this framework – my personal favorite? A fusion of Ground Beef, Mixed Veggies, and a diced Avocado, whipped into a delightful stir fry.

Remember when it comes to the meat portions if you are 200+ lbs you should be consuming the full pound of ground beef and under 200 lbs start with the lb then if you are not seeing weight loss then you should lower the portion until you do.

Carb spikes, your nighttime secret weapon! Not only do they enhance sleep quality, but they also replenish glycogen levels and gear you up for the next workout. The magic combo? Pair a fruit with a source of healthy fat. I swear by the Frozen Mango with a dash of coconut oil or the timeless Banana and PB partnership.
